In this article, are listed the "four major societal challenges" to which any society is constantly faced and which must constantly be assessed as to whether they are overcome to the satisfaction of all members. The first challenge is:
a) How should a society – for instance the European Union – organise itself to define the quality of the well-being and the richness that it wants to offer to its citizens?
About this project on "COMMON GOODS & COLLECTIVE RIGHTS", it seems useful to remember that every society needs - constantly - to overcome four key challenges, evaluate the answers given to them and, if necessary, make appropriate changes.
